To mobilize the faith community to step into adoption, foster care, and prevention efforts.

We serve as a bridge between Church and State, partnering broadly on both sides to see an end to youth waiting for families. We believe in approaching this need from both ends of the spectrum – preventing kids from entering the system and finding families for kids awaiting adoption.

Local & Urban Engagement

The Scriptures cast a vision for a community that makes a real impact in the lives of those around them. From day one, we've been challenging one another to reach out in real, substantive ways. We invite you to join us as we...
  • Volunteer in local schools
  • Build relationships with refugee families
  • Serve meals and learn people's stories at area homeless shelters
  • Engage in racial reconciliation and righteousness efforts
  • Help kids find safe and caring homes
  • Visit and encourage those who are incarcerated
  • Become inspired and better equipped to share our faith with our neighbors, family, coworkers, and friends
  • Offer helpful classes, groups, and courses like Alpha, Boundaries, Financial Peace University, and Seminars on marriage, parenting, conflict resolution, and anxiety
Over the years, we've found that long-term relationships are foundational to long-term impact. Everyone can't be engaged in everything. At Emmanuel, you'll be encouraged to pursue a mile-deep vs. mile-wide approach. If you don't yet have a God-honoring cause that you're an advocate for, we'd love to introduce you to ways that you can join us in bringing hope and healing in Jesus' name.
