We have our reservations for this year’s trip!  Wednesday August 16 – Sunday 8/20. Both groups (separately) will be going in at the Mudro Lake entry #23, north of Ely off the Echo Trail road.  We will be camping at the Fenske Campground near our entry point on Wednesday night.  Some will drive up early on Wednesday and others will go after work on Wednesday. 

We have room for 18 guys.   It is first paid ($95.00) to claim a spot in a group.  One group will do a base camp (doing more “relaxing” and fishing), hopefully staying in one site for Thursday to Sunday, and the other group will travel, staying in multiple sites and visiting many more lakes and portages.  We will meet up at the end of the trip and have lunch together on the way back home. 

Meals going up and back are up to each person to pay.  The $95.00 covers; permits, camping Wednesday, all food from Thursday morning to Sunday breakfast, transportation for those who ride in designated vehicles, and use of shared equipment.  If you don’t have equipment such as a sleeping bag, we may have extra items you can borrow.
