Adventures in Leadership is a trip for 9th-12th grade students who are gifted in leadership and want to take their leadership skills to the next level. Up to two students are chosen from each Covenant church in the area and spend a week honing their skills and growing in their walk with the Lord.

Adventures in Leadership (A.I.L.) is a leadership camp for high school students facilitated by the Northwest Conference of the Covenant Church to develop and strengthen their leadership skills.

The purpose of this event is to provide student leaders with a Biblical foundation and leadership framework that challenge and enable them to discover an effective lifestyle of Christian leadership, unique to their own abilities and giftedness. Past students have found this week to be transformational in their development.
